 From June of 2007 until October 2007, I worked at the Boneyard Pub & Grille in Mukwonago, WI.

The Boneyard opened in June of 2007 and features a unique menu including the famous Boneyard Burger, an awesome Mushroom Swiss Burger and several creative tortilla wraps.  The Boneyard also has ribs, outstanding chicken wings and the best mozzarella sticks you will ever have.

The quality at the Boneyard is very high.  All burgers are ½ pound and hand pattied each day on site (except when I'm there, they hated my burgers because mine always seemed to fall apart.)  Tomatoes, celery, onions and other items are also hand cut each day.  It's a lot of hard work for the employees, but I really enjoyed it.

My thanks go out to the owner of the Boneyard, Jim Jones, restaurant manager Bob (Smiley) Jones and lead cook Julie Walters for all of the time and patience they invested in me.  Prior to coming to the Boneyard, I hadn't work in a restaurant since 1978, but there are a lot of things that haven't changed.

Also a shout out to the day crew including Captain Andy, Jennilynafer, T-R-O-U-B-L-E, Bones, and Officer Peggy.

I will miss you all.  Thanks for the great memories!
