A personal message to potential employers from Chip Ramsey
Having been in your position before, I completely understand how difficult it can be to recruit quality people for your organization.  There are far more issues involved than just experience and background.  Past performance, character and work ethic are metrics as well.  There is thought put into how a potential employee can mesh with your existing employees and if their vision and style compares or contrasts with your own. Finally, can this person bring enough to the table to grow and prosper what you have already built?

People are the biggest investment in any company and as much as we think we know, none of us can be sure when we hire someone how it will turn out.  We try to hire the best people available based on what our organization demands at the time.

That's why I'd like you to consider me.  I have a solid track record.  I've programmed two radio stations in top 50 markets, I've been on the air in a variety of formats for nearly thirty years and I still have a burning passion for the business.  I have experience, I 'm versatile and I'm positive. If you take just ten minutes to have a conversation with me, your takeaway would be that I get it, I love it and I want a lot more of it.

The only way you get to know someone is to reach out to them.  Resumes can be embellished, accomplishments can be spun, references can tell tales, but a live conversation can give you the clues you may be searching for as to whether or not someone can walk the walk.
